In the event you have to cancel your trip we do require a FULL 24 hours prior notice otherwise we will bill for the basic job requested. If there is a major flight delay please try to text or email us to advise; you will not be charged any additional amount for cancelled flights or delays to flights as long as we are informed of the rescheduled arrival.
